*TRAINING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:
MONDAY-TUESDAY & THURSDAY-FRIDAY (Wednesday is REST day) 7:00PM-8:00PM (Water and cups provided but bring your own water bottle). We also provide and sale equipment you can use; boxing gloves, hand wraps and etc. for your convenience. ***Please bring your own towel and an extra shirt! You will sweat!!
It's time to BOXER-SIZE!!
*MONDAY- "POWER BY THE HOUR!! BOXER-SIZE"
Enjoy our 1hour fitness class that targets burning fat and strengthening your core with absolutely no weights. This class features "shadow boxing" type exercises and is aimed at working those never before used muscle groups and your WHOLE BODY.
TUESDAY- "PRO CIRCUIT BAG AND MITTS TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS & ADVANCED"
This class is FUN! Learn the science of boxing (in exercise style) without taking any punches to the face or body! Workout with our friendly and knowledgeable staff on learning form and technique while getting a good sweat AND DROPPING THE LBS at the same time! Also get the workout of your life with our PRO CIRCUIT station training!
WEDNESDAY-REST DAY
*THURSDAY- "KICK START TO A BETTER BODY!"
It gets better each day! This training regimen is targeted for an extreme overall body workout with moderate intensity. Missed Monday and Tuesday's training? Make it up on this day with K1 (Shadow Kickboxing AND FOCUS MITTS) training! Learn how to throw a proper kick-punch combo and get in shape while doing it!!
**FRIDAY-"Finish Strong"! 50-500! (I'll explain further..read on)
This is the idea- Getting in shape is easier said than done...much easier!..Many people talk the talk, but do they WALK THE WALK? Realistically, it's not hard. Here are 3 simple steps to better body ladies:
1. Make a commitment and set a goal (from now till Dec 31st).
2. Stick to the program (At least 2 days out of the week).
3. FINISH STRONG!...LITERALLY STRONGER THAN WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED!
*We also do core (50 – 200 – 500) crunches exercises and circuit training twice a week.
