*SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

-Required to compete bare top or with a tight fitting rash guard.
-Fight trunks are recommended, but quick dries will be allowed.
-Fight trunks must not be overly baggy, cannot have zippers, and cannot have pockets.
-No Jewelry allowed in the (OCTAGON Cage).
-Fighters are required to provide their own taping, towels,
Water bottles, and bandages.
-Water will be provided for fighters at the event. (bring water bottle).
-Neoprene or other cloth ankle supports may be used to support a
Previous injury. (No medal hinges).
-The taping of any open wounds must be examined and approved by
An authorized representative as appointed by TRENCH TECH.

**ILLEGAL TECHNIQUES:
- All Groin Attacks Striking the throat. Crushing the Adam’s Apple Hair Pulling Poking or Gouging the EYES and Biting.
-Grabbing the Cage in Defense. Grabbing of opponents clothes/shorts. Intentional Pinching-Single Finger or Toe Locks.
- Direct attacks to the back of opponent’s head, neck or spine.
-Elbow Strikes OF ANY KIND to the back of Head or Temple, NECK, or spine. NO STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN (12 O CLOCK TO 6 O CLOCK) ELBOWS TO THE FACE. Staples however are allowed.
-Straight joint kicks to the front half of the knee. 
-NO Head Butting.
*NO THROWING OF MOUTH PIECES TO THE CROWD. (RIOTS)
-NO PILE DRIVING AND NO SUPLEXES.
-NO kicking or stomping the head of a *Downed Opponent.
-No intentional stalling or excessive retreating. Fans paid to see a fight! Absolutely no “FIXED FIGHTING” or “THROWING THE FIGHT”.
*DOWNED OPPONENT IS WHEN A FIGHTER IS LYING DOWN FLAT ON HIS FACE OR KNEELING WITH ALL FOUR LIMBS ON THE GROUND
-NO SOCCER KICKS
-NO Weapons! No Foreign substances (Hair gels, excessive lotions).
*Any extra flexibility must be mentioned to Referee before the event.
*Only the fighters and the Referee are allowed in the cage at all times during the match unless otherwise authorized by TRENCH TECH.

*Excessive Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in:
1.Disqualification or Suspension in TRENCH WARZ PROMOTIONS.

2.FORFEITURE OF FIGHT MONEYS ACCORDING TO CONTRACT. *REG 1-(ALSO: TRENCH TECH INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REQUESTS TO PARTICIPATE IN MMA EVENTS IF YOU ARE A CONVICTED FELON.

**LEGAL TECHNIQUES:
-All Takedowns.
-Kicking the Head Legs and Body while both fighters are standing.
-Kneeing the head body and legs while standing or while both
Opponents are on the ground.
-Elbows are allowed to anywhere on the body EXCEPT the back of the head or Temple, neck, Spine or Groin.
-Chokes and Arm Locks

LENGTH OF MATCHES:
-All matches will consist of (3) three x 5 minute Rounds unless otherwise indicated. -There will be a 1-minute break in between each round.
-There will be NO STANDING 8 Count.
-There are no draws in TRENCH WARZ. A 5-minute overtime round will TAKE PLACE until a winner is declared by Judges decision (After each overtime round), knockout, referee stoppage, or submission.

-Tap out/Submission (KO) Verbal Submission (KO) Knockout (KO)
-Choke Out or Unconsciousness (KO)
-Referee Stoppage (TKO) Corner Throws in the Towel (TKO) or Judges Decision.                                                             

DISQUALIFICATIONS:

-Blatant disregard for rules and regulations as set forth by TRENCH TECH INC. will result in immediate disqualification and/OR forfeiture of fight money(s) OR SUSPENSION OR BANNING. PLS REFER TO *REG 1.

-Excessive Unsportrsmanlike conduct as determined by TRENCH TECH INC., inconsistency with Basic Moral ethics, will not be tolerated and may

-METHODS OF VICTORIES:
-KNOCKOUT:
-A Knockout (KO) will be awarded if one opponent goes down from the
Impact of a blow an appears unconscious or cannot adequately defend himself.
-A KO will also be counted should an opponent not be able to
recover from a neck crank or chokehold.
-In any case, the referee retains the right to intervene and stop
the fight.

-REFEREE STOPPAGE:
-The Referee will consider both fighters' safety AT ALL TIMES and
Can stop the match and award a victory to the appropriate fighter if he feels that the opponent’s long-term safety is in true danger and/or serious injury is imminent and forthcoming.
-This situation will be given particular consideration when a jointlock
is taking place, where opponent in apparent danger refuses to surrender
verbally or by tapout.
*Please bring any unique flexibilities to the attention of the
 Referee.

 SCORING SYSTEM: 3 JUDGES WILL SCORE THE FIGHT USING A 10-POINT MUST SYSTEM AND WILL BASE THEIR SCORING IN 3 CRITERIAS:
1.AGGRESSIVE STRIKING AND ACCURACY.
2.AGGRESSIVE GROUND PROWESS AND SUBMMISSION ATTEMPTS
3.OVERALL OCTAGON CONTROL (WHO IS MORE IN CONTROL OF THE FIGHT)

STALEMATE:
-When the fighters are caught in a non-progressive
position/situation for an over extended period of time and/or neither is attempting to gain an advantage. The referee will caution the fighters. If the situation does not evolve, both fighters will then be restarted from their feet.

-WEIGH INS:
-Fighters are to make weight as agreed per contract. Violation or
Inability to make weight by the set date of the weigh in will result in a surrender of $25.00 US Dollars per pound to agreed opponent.

THE PROVISIONS STATED ABOVE ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES FOR TRENCH TECH INC. AND
ARE TO BE FOLLOWED BY ALL COMPETITORS. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT RESPECT SHOULD PRECEDE ALL PROVISIONS. THESE RULES WERE ESTABLISHED TO KEEP THE MATCHES AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE WHILE MAINTAINING THE INTENSITY OF NHB COMPETITION.
